Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless there is an error on our part (such as an incorrect print or damaged item).
- Timeframe: You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will not accept returns.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@kreatink.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once we approve your return, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
- The returned items must be shipped to the address we provide. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Condition of Returned Items: The items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from receiving the return.
- Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
- Non-Refundable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Cancellations
- Order Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may have already been processed and cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@kreatink.com with your order number.
- Cancellation Fees: If the order has already been processed or shipped, you may not be able to cancel it. In this case, we will issue a return as per the policy above once the product is received.
Exchanges
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, you must return the original item (following the return policy) and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Quality Assurance: We take great care in packaging and shipping your products. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@kreatink.com with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement product at no extra cost.
